ok, i cant rememer the exact way to get there, but you could easily find the info if you surf the net for it, and just remember you can get to the watabue dol and the chest, but the chest is just a mimic that laughs at you and i cant remember what the watabue dol does -------------------

Yeah they do; i know for a fact that they do, because i've used serlions to catch Servent and others -------------------
