I mean that it doesn't drop offline ever. I tried a complicated method in multiplayer 3 times. Even though I did what I was supposed to do, when Flowen disappeared there was no parasitic gene flow left behind. Seriously how did you get it!

Were you playing online then when you got it? For some reason I had it in my mind that you didn't play online. I never did play it online on gc. I played a few times online on x-box with the communicator at a friend's house and had the best time ever, but that was it. I wish there was something you could buy to at least give you a tiny chance of finding the gene offline.
