Is the Shell dodging working with you??

Yep. Red shells are relatively easy to dodge. Now the blue one is a different story. I'm still having a hard time trying to dodge the blue wonder. Timing is so crucial with the blue shell. It's very possible nonetheless.

Yeh red ones are easy, blue ones are too hard:S Mostly i get hit

u cannot dodge angle shells(blue) without precise timing
only 1 place. mushroom city(cant dodge)go under bridge

lets get this straight the blue shell can be removed with ease, it takes great ability on the game and can be done anytime, anywhere.
i have done it many times and am the best on the game with me and my friends. we have played in excess of 500 vs games (150cc) first up to 15 or 25 wins and i have NEVER lost. challenges wanted will play for money.

If your going around turns and a redshell is going towards u i usually swerve and dodge as hard as i can to ditch it

There are a few different ways to dodge shells. We'll start with the easiest ones. Red Shells: 1. powerslide and boost away from it. 2. Power slide along a wall, as the shell will hit the wall before it hits you. 3.Throw/lay an item (except red boxes) behind you. 4. Get lucky and go over a jump and sometimes it will go under you. 5. (and my favorite if i can pull it off) put someone in between you and the shell... and they get hit. 6. Mushroom into someone when being followed.. the shell switches targets. 7. switch positions with someone behind you and it will sometimes switch targets as well...

blue shells... facts and fiction and strange crap. *a blue shell can go under you on a jump... hopefully you're near the end of the race though because it will go all the way back around and hit you anyways if you are still in first. *fire it from first and it goes forward and comes back to hit you. *you can dodge them as described earlier... by powersliding away from them... works best to get the blue turbo boost power slide... it's still really hard... but worth a try right.. i mean you're about to get hit anyways...

I find that if people are close behind you the best thing to do is to put on the brakes so the blast from the shell hits them aswell. If not just get hit and try to recover as quick as possible.
