If you will receive this item you have to throw it (behind) in front of you and it will wrap around a kart so that it can't drive. The net will dissapear after 3 seconds after laying still on the track.

pop a tire, slows the person down not stops them, or spike strips that u can lay down behind u but obviousely dont be the whole length of the road, maybe 1/4 of the road

2nd through 5th place
you can either throw it ahead so it puts a fog around you so opponents cant see you, or you can place it behind and make that section of the track foggy and limit others visiblity

POW BLOCK
3rd through 6th
makes all characters explode and lose their items

STOP WATCH
5th through 8th
makes everything stop(except you),even items, for 5 second

SHOOTING STARS
any place
summons small meteors that crash on every item and obstacle on the track and destroys them(ex.cars, thwomps, goombas,ect..), but creates a HUGE explosion on each one so beware. CAUTION-takes 5 seconds to work so make sure you won't be surronded by spinys or cars or something

Sticky Boots
Places: From 2nd to 5th
Effect: "Makes you can drive in grass, water, etc. without losing speed.( Only for 5 seconds.)

Bomchu:
Follows person in front of you until they are hit. Get 3 at a time.

I would probably have a weapon that had all the weapons from Double Dash combined and could be used three times every time you get it...

how about:

shock sheild: sheild that blocks all attacks and if any racers hit you they get shocked and spin out.

napalm shell: shell that flies up into air and when lands set out a shockwave of flames that dont hurt the user

king bomb-omb: hits every one else even with a star

Which makes the opponent go flying back 20m.

This really isn't a made up weapon but i choose veggies and shyguys.
