	u can get tech ups by using anytime enemy or not

If you're using Speed, PowerUP and Resist it automatically targets yourself and allies in AOE If you're using PowerDOWN, Freeze, you need to hit the enemy with it. Don'y worry force increases VERY FAST! -------------------

	ya i see i got mine to 180 in 20 mins. Well actually i learned something, for freeze, bind (etc) you don't need to affect them you just need the ring thingy land on them and it will go up ------------------- Se você traduziu isto, você desperdiçou o seu tempo. Lulz
