	Yeah, that will overclock good. Very high overclocking will be limited by your cooling, because you will have to raise the voltages a little if you want to overclock. Not always, though, as my e6420 is at 3.0ghz on stock voltages, and I can go a little higher, but 3.0ghz vs 3.2ghz didn't show a difference in performance in games... so I didn't care. If that G.Skill is like my G.Skill, it advertises that it can do DDR2 1000mhz @ 2.1v. And, last, but definitely not least, where is your video card?
