	Log in to remove this sponsored message Its the logitech X-530. They are great. I only paid $60 for them, but they sound/look like $150 speakers. I just checked newegg, and they still have them (I think they've been out 2 years), and they have 5/5 stars, and around 850 reviews.

	ya. I was about to buy them myself But my onboard audio would make em shitty The only thing is there 70 watts so if you like super powered speakers, those aren't for you lol. But I think 70 watts is plenty.

	...I'm almost scared to turn them up full volume... I've turned them up loud enough so I can hear them through out my whole house, and even outside! with the doors/windows closed! they are powerful...

	ya thats why i said they are plenty. my friend has 40 watts, and even thats too much. but my neighbor, wont buy anything less that 200 watts -__- lol. I can literally hear his music sometimes

	I dont know the system in my picture is 360w total. Thats not loud on it own but once it's amplified through this computer then we have something to talk about. Then there's my two shitty 2.1 on my desk. They really only help in movies. Edit: If you want a good song to test your speakers out with put on Battery from Metallica. Crank that shit up, I love it.

	I just use my headset all the time, I have nothing to complain about sound quality-wise. Also, seeing as everyone's posting their desks, here's mine: I have to share this PC with my parents, so I don't have it on my room (yet). I built, maintain and paid for this PC yet I still can't have it on my room. One advantage however, is that I don't have to clean everything up myself, which explains why it's so nice and clean All I had to do was make the cables less visible. I also got new ligthing for my case; 2 red ones, 12cm. I sadly couldn't get just one, however it looks sexy so I'm not complaining. I switched to red because it fits with my red copperhead, gotta love it.

	Recently I was given a fairly decent computer. It has a P4 processor (not sure of the speed, but I think its under 2.0ghz), it had 256MB of SD ram, but I upgraded it to 1GB of SD ram, 40GB harddrive, and a decent video card. I was thinking of putting widows xp, vista, or Fedora on it, but then from there I have no clue what to do with it. Anyone have any ideas of a good use?

	If I can get a larger harddrive in it, I would use it for file storage, or use any left over space I have on it for file storage along with something else on it. It dosnt have SATA so my choices are limited.. BTW, why are sigs disabled in this thread?

	Sigs aren't needed in a GD. One less thread the 56k-ers have to get frustrated about.

	Where is 'here'? Is it somewhere that normally has snow every winter? Today, our high is supposed to be at least 60, maybe 65, I can't remember what was said. Good god, that's spring weather. This has got to be an effect of global warming, and if it is, maybe that's what the Mayan calander was all about. Too much talk everywhere about the Mayan calander, so who really knows, but if global warming is doing this to our weather, I'm scared.
