The soho is overkill for space and weight, I have the SX1040 which was right before the 1080's started rolling out. Weighs a ton but I actually make use of all the bays (actually could use a few more) 80mm's get old fast and often require higher RPM's to get solid flow through the interior of the case, a 120mm in front and back would make it a much more attractive option as there's not as much noise going on.
The sonata is fairly nice in attempting to provide a low noise environment. Cable management always takes work and it's not impossible to get done even in the sonata. The exterior paint is very nice and size makes it easier to place. ------------------- ![]() | |

i have the sonata. if your not gonna be upgrading frequently, its a not bad case, it has good hard drive bays, the optical drive bays are easy to open up, its sturdy, and its pretty quiet, even with 2 120mm fans. for your psu, i second the 300 watts, but id rather be safe ang go atleast 350watts, if not a little more

Also, remeber that watts alone are not the way to judge a PSU, at least consider how many amps it produces. I'f you'll be doing a lot of gaming, then the thing to look for is a PSU that has a lot of amps on the +12v rail (at least 24A). Again Watts and amps alone are not what you want to use to judge a PSU but they are a good start. A great PSU is the Antec TruePower 480. It's what I'm running and I've had no issues for the year I've owned it.

A quality power supply from antec between 350-400wts will suit your rig just fine as you dont have anything that power hogs and antec psu provide the best power to each rail.

A solid brand name PSU at 350w should suffice, I'd even try a 300w on a budjet long as its a very reputable high quality brand. Brands I'd particularly recommend are antec, seasonic, and sparkle. That doesn't mean other companies make crap, but some sure do. One good indication of quality PSU's is weight; if its a featherweight, avoid it like the plague.
