	Log in to remove this advertisement i know this is possible because one of my m8s has done it to his laptop how easy is it to fit a solid state drive and blu ray player/re writer into a laptop. i have a dell laptop which i use for gaming. but a solid state drive would speed loading up and blu ray drive would let me watch blu ray films and etc. if i wanna watch blu ray on my laptop do i need a blu ray player or blu ray drive Edit: Oct 14, 12 6:41am upgrade ------------------- People are stupid, they will believe something because they want it to be true; or because they're afraid it might be true.

	Changing the hard drive will be fairly simple - just make sure you know how to for your model of laptop. The hard part may be reinstalling windows for you - if you have a disc that came with your laptop or a legit copy then that will be fine. Fitting a new disc drive will be harder but doable for most laptops - google around yet again for your particular model. 	many laptops have the option of replacing the disk drive quite easily. its a matter of removing a few screws on the outside (no no messing around with the innards), and then sliding the drive out. it practically plugs in to the laptop. try looking for slim blu ray drives. -------------------
