New computer build compatibility.

So I just got Diablo 3, and playing it on my Hp Pavilion g7 series notebook is really terrible with the built in video card. So this summer I decided to build a desktop computer myself. Of course, a gaming build. I've been a gamer for about 8 years now, from playing a lot of Wow, runescape, halo 3, wc3, knights online, GunZ, and a lot more. For the past 4 days, I've been researching for hours on how to build a computer. I learned a bunch of basics, and a lot of info, but I am not confident enough to know that when I get all of the stuff, I will know how to put it together, that is if they even can be put together. So this is my current build that I am planning to purchase, but before I do so, I wanted to get some help. So if anyone can give me feed back on compatibility or anything else, it would help clear my conscience. The following is what I plan to purchase for my new budget gaming build.

What is your budget and where are you buying from?

Assuming that you are in the US;
Better PSU for slightly cheaper:

You have chosen a Notebook HDD, which is fine in a desktop, but for less money you can get more performance and more capacity:

What is the resolution of your display?
The 6670 isn't that strong for a gaming card, so if you can find the money to upgrade that then I think it would be worthwhile, unless you have a fairly low resolution...

It actually depends on your budget. From my own personal experience the compatibility issues come from the processor and motherboard. Since everything relies on the motherboard that's your most important move. So you have to consider also the Bus speed of your mother board and CPU / GPU.
