Ok Here We Go ( First Custom Comp Build )

Hey guys. New member here just wanting to send an early shout out to anyone who responds to this thread. I am 29 years old and building my very first custom desktop computer. How exciting right! Well, it is really, but it will have to wait until Sept. 28th or so. Will begin piecing it all together as time goes along. Hey, I got a family, what can I say.

Really the main thing right now is for me to get the parts right. No point in getting ready to build this thing if I end up going a totally different route in the end. I also have to remember my budget. Keeping this down to around 600 - 700$ is ideal. So lets see what I currently have for my system. Be informed, all these parts are in my CART in Newegg

Case - Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
Motherboard - BIOSTAR TZ68A 1155 Intel Z68
CPU ( the heart ) - Intel i5 - 2500k 3.3Ghz ( 3.7Ghz Turbo )
GPU - Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3
Ram - G SKILL Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 240 Pin 1333

Then the HDD ( 320GB ), DVD Rom and 120mm fans for the casing. I wonder if I can stick with the stock fans on the equipment if I load up my Case with all the fans it can hold? Will that help enough to not spend the dough on the additional heatsink / fans for the CPU/GPU? I do plan to overclock the i5 2500k a bit, possibly to 4Ghz.

So, be blunt, what do you think of the build currently. What do I need additionally? I'm not sure what type of power supply to use yet. Would 450 Watt be enough? Stuff like that. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Well this will be pretty much for anything. I just want to be able to operate this system without having to wait on anything lol. Will run Windows 7 64 Bit yeah. That is the main problem though. Even Pro is what, 130$ at the moment? Which will send the price of this thing through the roof budget wise.

I will also be using this for work. Will be working from home and doing technical support with remote desktop and probably 8 other apps running at the same time.

As for gaming. I'm going to be looking into getting a budget 17-19 inch screen of some sort. 720p or close to 1080p if I can find a monitor in the 60$ range at a local sale or something. The games themselves? I'm ok with medium settings and all that. As long as I'm able to run at 30-60FPS with good AA turned on.

I think a friend of mine has an extra copy of Windows 7 lying around but I'm not sure if it is 32-bit or not.

Well from what I have read I think going with the Intel i5 2500k would be the best thing for kind of future proofing my build ( CPU wise ). It sounds like the overclocking is real nice and better yet, the power consumption is superb and it runs relatively cool. My PLAN was to overclock, but I may just leave it stock as it will perform just fine at 3.3Ghz.

CPU intensive? Hmmmm... Does Windows 7 count? lol. J/k. I'll be running Excel, Word, IE8, Remote Desktop, and about 6 other programs and various websites concurrently. Also have to remote into other comps within another remote host, so multiple links in that arena.

As for my actual questions though. With what I currently have what type of power supply could handle it? 450W or do I need to go to 600-750W? Would this build be able to load Windows 7 in say, 4 seconds? Just trying to get a general idea of what to expect. Could I play, for example, Battlefield Bad Company with max settings?
