Error Loading C:\PROGRA~2\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\F3SCRCTR.Dll

Whenever I restart/start up my computer I get this error~ Error Loading C:\PROGRA~2\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\F3SCRCTR.Dll.

Actually, now that I think about it, I think I know what it is. A had a toolbar installed on my computer called... I forgot the name but it had emicons, fun cards cursors, and something else I can't remember.
I think it got removed when I installed AVG Toolbar... anyway I just noticed it's missed. Also, I installed spybot and then removed it, do you think it could have removed the toolbar in a 3 minutes?
Still running virus scanner. (AVG)

I didn't download the "Other Virus Protection Program" because I wanted it. I came out of nowhere, dunno where I even got that.

The toolbar (I think) was Cursor Mania. (or some other cursor toolbar] (I don't have a good memory )

Anyway, AVG detected a virus from C:\Users\Brianna\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\
Temporary Internet Files\Content IE5\UP JMNAS3\in [in].htm

Virus Identified HTML/Framer.CX

What a pleasant surprise, no wonder my computers running so crappie today.

Still running AVG...

I'll go download spybot then.

edit: I ran a scan on spybot, it found some stuff and I deleted them.
Then I went to recovery and I purged MyWebSearch but when I restarted it gave me the same error!
What should I do? :/

How do I get to windows key?

The key with the Windows flag on it. It's just a shortcut to Start -> Run, so you can just do that instead. Also:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [PopularScreensaversWallpaper] rundll32 C:\PROGRA~2\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\F3SCRCTR.DLL,LES

That's the startup entry, so you don't need to do what I said before if you fix that in HijackThis

I think you just check that entry and click fix? It's been a long time since I've used it, but that's what I remember.

yeah thats it. click the checkbox and click fix. nothing else to it.

the first two are automatic updaters. java rarely updates so you can just do it manually. as for HP, i dont know, but i doubt there would be anything worth making a startup entry for. the third one makes adobe acrobat open faster. unless you open and close many pdf files everyday, remove it. in fact, remove acrobat altogether and install foxit reader. its a lightweight pdf reader. the fourth entry is quicktimes updater. again, not updated often. the last one again can be done manually by you, though you can keep this if you want.

also, remove any entries with (file missing) at the end of them.
