Where are you located, and what is the purpose of this computer?

im not that sure about the euro, but for that price, you should be able to easily get away with 4GB DDR3 1600mhz RAM, an i5 750 or i7 860, a motherboard with onboard graphics or the cheapest video card available with any cheap mobo, and a power supply that will support it all, which would be about 250 watts, depending on what video card you get, if any (mind you, you dont have to get exactly 250 watts. you can get something higher if it is cheaper, but it still has to be reliable). how much hard disk space do you intend to have?

its not as simple as just getting US dollars and converting them into euro or vice versa. in europe, everything is more expensive because you are taxed havily. these taxes are basically from importing parts from other countries not in the EU, and as far as i know, few, if any hardware is made in europe.

and besides, dells are shit, meaning they will use shit quality parts, like a shit PSU, a shit motherboard, and a shit case, so they cut costs on quality, and pass some of those savings on. trust me, building your computer is ALWAYS cheaper. it seems more expensive because you are using parts of higher quality that are made to last, unlike most prebuilt companies like dell. for example, their capacitors on their motherboards are known to fail pretty damn soon (if need be, i can link the source). however, if you were to use the exact same parts they used, it will still be cheaper. they also make things cheaper from advertising. they load your computer up with trial software which you can try, then have to buy or it wont work. when you build your computer, you are installing a fresh copy of windows, with nothing but windows on it. also, you have a windows disk, as opposed to the pathetic 'recovery' disk or program that is basically like system restore. so you cant even wipe clean, and if you cant access the operating system, the program is useless anyway, so you would have to send it in and pay for that as well. yeah that looks about right. you might want to get a cheaper motherboard though. for motherboards, any asrock, asus, or gigabyte board will do, as long as it supports your cpu and ram. so whatever is cheapest. with the saved money, you can get some faster ram, like a 1600mhz kit, and/or an i7 860.

I really have no idea which motherboard I should pick.
What things should I look for when choosing a motherboard?

Could anyone check it out and see if they are all compatibile.
Also do I need that graphic card or is it included in my motherboard?
