	how about this? i7 620M(2.66GHz) 17.3" 8GB DDR3 1066 640GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 overkill with the RAM though, but it was the fastest i7 of them all. although, what it the purpose of the laptop? and what are the specs of the alienware he was looking at? -------------------

	I would say, no matter what, do not buy an Alienware pc. You're using so much of your money on their design and clearly that isn't what comes first when picking up a new computer(yes/no?) It keeps reminding me of my Dell XPS m1710 I bought, couple of years back. 17" and so awesome.. until school came along and it was horrible to take it with me. Weighed so much, made so much noise and such. Why would anybody want an 17" laptop for school use.
