	please can some one help me i hane a ecs 6100sm-m micro atx borad an amd athlon 64x2 4000+am2 2gh ram my computsr is gon so slow when i put it on it takes a long time to go to the desktop please help

	maybe there's a lot of stuff on your hard drive that you don't need. a full hdd can slow down a computer. -------------------
