Running the Ball

Is it possible to actively run the ball against the computer and gain yards on them when the mode is set to All-Pro? If so, what are some good plays that work more often than not. I mean, I know it depends on the defense, but I think you catch my drift.

I play on that level and can run the ball quite effectively. Just keep running sweeps and tosses to an overloaded side of the field and you can get the yards. I average 10 yards a carry with Michael Bennet of the Vikings.

I have been playing Madden 2002 for 2 years now and i have played 30 years on all-madden difficulty in franchise and won about 20 Superbowls to run you need a fast running back with good agility. The plays i use is power toss in weak I formation and weakside counter also in weak I formation i usually get about 120 rushing yards a game. Good Luck

The stiff arm is pretty good if you're about to get gang tackled. You'll probably get a couple of yards, maybe about 2-3 extra yards after they try to tackle ya. The spin more rarely works.
