I have been asking that same question too. I remember a while back last year they had these infomersials that ran at about 1:00 in the mourning but that was it. If and when they do get a syndicated TV program I hope it airs here in Cincinnati. And of course to our International wrestling fans who want to see an alternative wrestling promotion.

Well the NWA is split up into so many divisions it is had to tell which one is popular anymore. But I herd the same thing too about the Fox deal. But I don't think it would work out too well though. Because they don't have that fire power yet. I think syndication could be a good thing youknow what I'm saying? You got the chance to market your product with out it being tampred with by the corperate networks. Like how ECW did with their extreme angle. Plus I think that could bring a good following so then by the time they get that Fox deal they will be filling seats up.

Oh, okay! My bad, when people say NWA now they could be talking about either one. That is going to take alot of time to get use to. But do you have any news on it at all? And if so could we see Jeff defect over to his dad's new company? I thirst for knowlege!!!

re: XWF |

Well, Jeff is part owner and likely champion soon, Dan Severn is champion as of the first taping.
But the promotion will hold 26 tapings a year in 6-8000 seat arenas, and will air every Wed. at 8pm for 19.95, but that is reduced to 9.95 if you order all of them in a month. the first will air on June 19. ------------------- quote VeGiTAX2 | |

re: XWF |

Well at first it was about the XWF, which is a kinda new federation that is runned by Roddy Piper and Jimmy Hart. There have been talks about a possible T.V deal in the works and that is pretty much it. Me and Kyo just kinda jumped to the NWA which is Jerry Jarrett's (Father of Jeff Jarrett) new promotion which is just getting jump started. That's about it.

I know this should be in the spoiler thread, but Bret has been offered a NWA contract and since he is cool with Jeff it could happen soon. So the NWA may just get a few good names.

Very shocking indeed! But I've been hearing that the only reason he joined was because the WWF turned him down. I wonder if this going to be one of those Mr. Perfect things where he leaves his contract with one company and goto the WWE insted. Well in anywho I just hope Ken gets a good push because I haven't seen him wrestle in almost two years.
