I've heard a lot of that one, actually. To be honest, I'm not all for these newer games they've been releasing. I prefer the more classic ones, such as AWL or FoMT than these DS releases. But "A New Beginning" seems pretty good in many aspects. I don't like the whole concept of having pretty much everyone in town move in throughout the game, and having to maintain a friendship with everyone to prevent them from leaving. There's just so much to focus on that it takes away from the basics that made games like AWL so good. :/ But, like you said, they're not "bad," per say, but they're not as good. I do like Hero of Leaf Valley, though. It's basically Save the Homeland revamped.

	I miss my dearest copy of AWL, my "boyfriend" has it at the moment because he loves Harvest Moon (thanks to my obsessiveness with it), I haven't had it in maybe 2 months. :c I do have DS Cute though, and I guess that's okay since it's the same area. What I really need to do is go to a local store that sells old games and see if they have any old HM games. I might look into buying Hero of Leaf Valley.
