Fall 4

Seth, she wants to kiss you.
Did you hear that?
He smiled. "I feel the same way."
Slowly, he moved forward..

Seth moved forward, as did Kailani, and then it happened.
They had kissed. Kailani didn't want the moment to end.
But someone was at the door.
Someone saw it all.
Fran.

Fall 4

"Ummm...sorry," Fran muttered.
She turned and ran out of the clinic, completely embarrassed.
This was just perfect.
Sure, she was happy for her friend and cousin, but now what?
Now, they would spend all their time together. No more cousin hang-outs.
Fran finally returned to the valley, and sat under a lone tree.

Fall 4

After the two broke apart, not noticing Fran, Kailani pulled one of her painful honest moments.

"I don't think we should spent that much time together," She began. "Sure, I want to, but Fran's your cousin. I'm guessing you haven't seen her for a while before you moved here, so I think you should spend more time with her than me."

Fall 4th

Davis stood in his trailer, looking around.
He needed a good present for Veronica's birthday.
But what?
Hmm.
Ho hum.
Davis had no ideas.

Fall 4

Veronica got anxious.
Was Davis going to get her something?
She squealed with happiness.
Then, she frowned.
Would Fran and Seth remember her birthday?
This brought tears.

Seth nodded. "I understand. I'll go find her right now."
He kissed Kailani once more and ran out of the clinic.

Fall 4th

"Okay, fine, you dont have to reply!" Laura said.
Jeesh.
She looked at the ocean again.
Another clap of thunder roared.
Laura thought she saw lightning in the distance.
Oh dear.

Fall 4th

"Hope. Hope."

The blonde girl opened her eyes lazily, blinked, and sat up. An older man was standing there, and looked exactly like a doctor. He was a doctor. Doctor Hardy gave her a concerned look.

"Your state was worse than I thought," he told her. "How do you feel?"
"I feel great!" Hope told him outright. No shyness around doctors.
"Are you sure?" asked the doctor. "Well, be careful, okay? Watch your health." Hope nodded, and walked out the door.

"Hope!" Rock pulled her into a hug. "Are you all right? I was so worried!" Hope blushed and waited for Rock to let go.
"I-I'm fine," she told him once she was on her feet. She looked up at him. All of a sudden, she felt really short.
"Well, come on, we can go tell my parents that my girlfriend is all right!"

"What!?" Hope almost shouted. Rock looked at her sheepishly.
"Aren't you my girlfriend?" he asked her smugly. "You murmured my name while you were unconscious."Hope blushed and silently scolded herself as Rock lead her to the Inn.

Fall 4

Seth searched the whole valley.
He finally found Fran crying under a tree.
"Cuz?" he said, hopefuly.
She looked up and quickly wiped away tears.
"Oh...hi," she whispered.
Seth sat in front of her. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing. Just...nevermind."
"Something's wrong. Hey, do you wanna do something together?"
Fran looked up. "You're not too busy with your girlfriend?"
Seth laughed. "She's not my girlfriend..."
"Yet."
The two laughed and Seth helped Fran up.
"Hey, I know the perfect way we can spend time together," Fran said.
"What?"
Fran smirked. "Throwing my sister a birthday party."

Fall 4

Jade smiled, "I guess that makes us the perfect couple...stupid and stupid." He laughed. Then he realized that may sound like he was calling them a couple. Jade's grew embarrassed, "I mean...not as a couple sorta way...ju-...er.." Jade stuttered to a stop. Way to go mister, you're a real pro at making a fool of yourself. You're a natural.

Jade tried to laugh it away, but it came out a nervous chuckle. No good. "Make that stupid and stupider..." He mumbled.

Fall 4th

Laura stared at Jade.
She didnt want to be a couple with him.
Not at all.
But at the same time, she sort of...did.
Nah. Thats never gonna happen. If I wasnt good enough for...him, then I wont be good enough for Jade.

Jade looked at Laura staring at him out of the corner of his eyes, Gosh, she must think your a freak... Jade sighed, "I didn't mean us as a couple...I just meant that I guess we are both stupid..although I don't think you are..." Jade! you're making it worse! SHUT UP!

Jade rolled his, "I'm totally making this worse." Jade said giving a fake smile. She thinks your an idiot..that's why she's not talking...that's her way of saying 'Get away from me loser, I have better things to do'...

Fall 4th

Laura didnt really have an idea of what to say.
"Uhm. Thats...nice," she said.
Laura, dont be an idiot!
Dont be all sarcastic, sympathize!
Laura wished the voice would shut up.
And she wasnt even being sarcastoc when she made her little remark to Jade.
Hmph.

Fall 4

Jade shoved his hands in his pockets as another crash of thunder sounded through the air. "Yes, I suppose it is nice..." Jade replied.

There was silence. Bad. "So, what do you want to talk about?" Jade asked looking at her.

Fall 4th

Laura shrugged.
She was terrible at starting conversations.
No wonder.
She felt a drop if rain land on her head.
Amazing, I know.
Laura put her hood up.
Thunder roared, and Daisy barked.
How frightening!
