	Actually the top 5 fastest runners are - (from GameFAQS) 1) Capatain Falcon - 46.9 feet per second 2) Fox - 43.6 feet per second 3) Marth - 40.7 feet per second 4) Yoshi, Sheik, Pikachu, Pichu - 35.9 feet per second 5) Roy - 33.9 feet per second But that's running speed. Attacking speed is more improtant.

	NO i think Bowser is the fastest! (lol) but the best SSBM character in the game has to be Marth. 1)He is faster than Roy in both attacking and running. 2)He has that counter move. 3)He is a beast. 4)His up and "B" move is good for knocking off enemies with high damage. ------------------- Thx to Insanity Prevails for this banner.

	If you factor in all kinds of speed (running speed, attack speed, wavedash speed etc) Luigi would still not be in the top 5. ------------------- Fire Emblem Awakening - You Want It.

	Agreed. As much as I love using Marth (he's my best character) his Up+B move leaves him wide open when used on the field. When recovering it's possible to time it so Marth grabs the ledge and negates the move's weakness. ------------------- Fire Emblem Awakening - You Want It.

	You can practically win a battle, just by using Marth's counter attack. I mean, the opponent wouldn't be very strong, but still. Yeah, maybe Marth is better than Fox. Could you imagine how powerful Marth would be if the best SSBM player used Marth instead of Fox? PS: Is Roy Marth's brother, Marth's relative, or Marth's friend?

	The best player in N.A. uses Marth and Fox. The best player in JPN (according to recent tournaments) uses Peach only. The (probably) best player in CDN uses Doc, Marth.
