Well first face the rail as close as you can. Then grind it and jump off and manual. Do this with all of them and when you finish the last one, go to the black and yellow rails and grind up the one which is farthest to the left. When you run outta speed, jump off and manual. Now turn around and grind back down and grind up the flashing rails again. Now jump of to a manual and turn around and grind back down
