The Drug Culture is Weak

I got your back on this one Johnny. I really don't see the point in smoking tobacco. Its a health hazard. It doesnt do any good, except to make yourself look cool (which should be the last thing on your mind...in fact, it shouldn't be on your mind at all.) Most people do marijuna and other hullicnajents (I know I spelt that wrong, but you know what I'm talking about) for the sole purpose of getting high. In the end, this does a lot more bad then good. Although I believe that cigarettes and drugs are used as a from of rebellion, also. If you tell a kid to not do something enough, he'll do it.

First off, you hold some good points BHW.

Addiction is a self-induced disease. If one had never tried the drug, then they would never be addicted. Unless, of course, the drug is forced upon them. A person cannot be weak if a drug is forced upon then, and I dont think the G man is saying that.

On that note, he is not saying that people who come clean from drugs are still weak. IMO, BHW, you are probably a more stronger person having gone through drugs (and a very horrible time, it sounds like) and quit then you were before. This is not to say that one should go for drugs to gain strength, because more people that do drugs will stick to the habit than quit. Plus, drugs are a scapegoat that shouldn't be touched.

BHW, I understand that my opinion would probably offend you. I can't imagine what it was like going through what you described, so I am not going to say anything regarding your addiction. But I do feel that drugs are the last thing you should have done, and I think you know that now anyway.

Either way, you did it and you are clean. Thats all that matters.

You mean you can't respond, weak-minded little prejudiced bafoon.

The core of your argument is based on an intolerance of others and nothing but a pathetic negative outlook on other people because YOU are too weak to see outside the tiny little box of your narrow-minded upbringing. You can't defend your bigotry here with any valid form of reason, so you instead choose to dismiss a thought-out argument as "ridiculous" while attempting to use BHW's experiences and outraged comments to actually back up your warped little view?

I don't want to get into an insult battle with you BT. All my respect for you has now left.

I am a miserable excuse for a human being for staying away from something that killed one of my friends fathers, am I?

I am a miserable excuse for a human being for not giving into peer pressure and doing something outragesly stupid and illegal, am I?

Or maybe its because I'm close minded? Well, no, I'm always open to try new things. I will give music a first chance, always. I've been known to do something thrilling things. I jumped off a 59 foot cliff into a lake in Oklahoma. It was scary, but I had a good time doing it. Only once, however, have I done something illegal in my life. I was caught and punished. So I decided that rules, ones that are fair, are better to be followed.

I have better ways to deal with my stress then to give into something which is unhealthy, illegal, and only temporary.

If you are so stressed out BT, that drugs were the only option, you seriously need to seek help. Drugs should never be an option in the first place. Their "help" is only temporary, so they do tons more bad then good.

I believe that am a stronger person then you, BT.
