Elisabeth Bathory's Addiction to Blood/Killing

Hm.. Continuing with the ELisabeth Bathory thread...i would like to discuss about her addiction.

I think that it is just a psychological addiction but this leads to a physical/mental addiction as well. Apparently she needed blood to live and after a while it got really weak for her and she had to drink noble womens blood.

And do you think it was fair to let her live in a small rooms till she died?
What about her servants? They were brutally tortured before execution , considering that she was the mastermind of the criminal plot...

True, she really disrespected her love relationships in general and was a bit off the edge, but i think that it was a true story as julian says, uh i mean dark bathory, but again there was a lot of myth and fantasy pumped into the subject

Hm....sane side...what about Vlad Tepes (a.k.a Dracula) member of the Draconis Ordo...he used to impale his enemies and then have dinner while watching them die...

He's an icon in vampirism...and i dont think he was quite sane...Vampirism isnt about happy little vampires biting each others necks..

Well obviously , she was insane and days were violent back then...

She didnt get away with it , she was sentenced to stay in a death tower till she died...They couldnt execute her since she was a Countess...

But her accomplices were massacred.
I think that she was just a typical serial killer...like the ones we have today but , a lot of time has passed ever since she died and people started changing facts and making things up , so theres a lot of myth put to it.

Ok, Vlad did that when he was human, and yes, I can expect something that horrific out of humans. But vampyres, I regard w/ respect and honor, b/c they kill mercifully. Elisabeth Bathory was probably no vampyre, rather just a sick little human girl. And for your information, I am not offended by internet posts, ok? Think what you will of me just as you think what you will of Miss Bathory. See-ya around as I will not be posting on this thread any longer, for i have made my point.
