Can anyone tell me who the Bass is. I fought in the beginning of the game I've seen other site's And downloaded Yesterday. And played the game. Can please anyone tell me who the earth Bass is?

Bass is Dr.Willy's robots (possibley the best robot he ever made) and was made to kill Megaman they are about equal in power.
