Where are the Black Pigs?

Which island?

There apparently aren't any black pigs on Windfall Island. None which are much different to the pink ones, anyway.

There should be like 3 pigs on outset island, only one of which is black.

Go to the house behind Orca's at the start of the game, and you'll see a woman hanging out in an empty pig pen for some reason. Then go back around to where the guy is stalking pigs on his belly and he'll mention something about wanting pigs as pets. You figure out what to do next. Yadda yadda yadda and then when you go back to outset for the 2nd time the black pig will be gigantic, and named after you. There's the huge black pig you're talking about.

I had a hack at that huge black pig just to see what might happen and he turned vicious and killed me LOL!

there is one specil pig on windfall... it farts if you pick it up!! i ran around with it on my head so i thought it was sneezing but wen i tried tospray someone it came out the other end so i turned it arund & and its so fun to watch it fart on people who dont care!!lol!

Hah! Nah, actually the programmers didn't know what to do with the three pigs so they stuck them in boxes at the bomb shop in WindFall. You can do a little trick by first, being IN the place then equipping the "Tingle Tuner" to Y, X or Z and then press that button while simultaneously pressing the start button then equip the bombs to the same button with the "Tingle Tuner" and then link will be holding a bomb... eventually time it just right where you press the tuner button first then the start button. XD
Throw the bomb at the boxes behind the owner an voila! The three piggies! Careful though sometimes they start chasing you.
