how do you get Makaar and Medli to show up?
I've allready gone to the FF (forsaken fortress)with
the Master Sword for the first time(as according to story, unsucsessfully)and when i try to find either Makaar or Medli, they are nowhere. do you have to do the Forest Haven
Water island hop first?

you have the things mixed up, but i will help ya, you have to go o dragon roost island, and use your grapling hook, in the 2nd floor outside area, rigth side, medli,should be there, now play the earth song, and she will awoke, now for makar you have to finish first the earth dugeon and then you have to go to forest heaven, now, once there, see where the waterfalll is well, makar is behind there, you have to put the win in the rigth direction fand use the deku leaf, to enter and awak makar, but before that you need to do 4 things 1st, have telopartation song that teaches you the frog on the tornado, now with the song learned go to were is the mother and child islands via teleportation, once there the fairy queen will give you the fire and ice arrows, go to dragon roos and sail until you find the volcano island (watch out for the octopus), shoot an ice arrow form yyour boat and climb inside the volcano, afterwards, cross the plataforms quicly to get to the other side, your reward is a couple of brazalets, that gives you in off force to grab the stone-faced rocks, now go from the great fish island to south and keep navigating until you find the ice ring island, shoot an a fire arrow from your boat, and then make your way onto the head-stone-sculpture, once inside make your way to the iron boots, after that, go to the earth island (a couple spaces to the rigth off ouset ), now go there and grab and trow the rock, then use the wind waker, to learn the song, for the other song, you need to navigate north of Windfall island, once there equip the iron boots, and make your way to the rock that is using the wind to drag you out, now use the hammer and break the rock, now learn the last song, good luck.
