Alright, I've reached FoMT on its Year 52 in vBag on my cell. And the girl is revealed at year 30 if you're not yet married and you have a orange heart to any other girl except KAREN. Because the little girl back then is KAREN herself. This event happens accidentally when I was about to drop a flower to H.G. It was spring then, about 3:20pm I accidentally gave the flower to Karen instead of the H.G.
Here;s the subs as I gave the flower.

Karen: Thanks... But I guess you should give this to someone else you know.

Pete(My Character name): ?

Karen: Why are you giving me flowers when you've already given...no...nevermind!!

(Karen run away)

Pete: !(obviously its the only expression he knows haha)

The H.G. will come out.

H.G. : She's been waiting for you same as that Farmer (the Old Man from the intro) for a very long time.

H.G. will come in front of you and shows you flashbacks of Karen's memory and the sad moments she spent waiting for you. Most of the flashbacks happens in the H.G. Spring.there's some flashbacks with the Old man too, in this event it is also shown how the old man died.

after this Pete runs to follow Karen. with his words I got to find her.

This part you gain control of Pete. Find Karen. Hehehe I wont tell you that she's at the Mothers hill to make it exciting haha

As you get there you will be given a choice to choose Karen or that girl with the orange heart.

At the Mothers Hill.

Karen: Why'd you follow me?

Choices
For Karen: I will keep my promise...
For your girl: I'm here to apologize...

If you choose Karen She then tells her story.

Karen: What about "Ann/Popuri/Mary/Elli?" (depends who's girl you court)

Karen: Are you doing this because you promise to?

Then another long romantic talk. Where eventually Pete and Karen spend a fun and romantic time doing the things they used to do when they are kids.

After a long cutscene Pete will go to the girl he has orange heart with to explain himself. Each girls have different reactions( I've tried them all :-D if it's Ann, she'll cry but eventually accepts everything. Popuri will be upset and won't let you in the poultry farm for 1 week , Mary won't talk to you for days, Elli will be absent in the clinic and can't be seen in mineral town for a week

After the talking when the dumped girl returns and forgives you a cutscene will appear Your character giving a blue feather to Karen with another romantic talk.

The wedding is different if you're friends with the towns people. ALL are in church and the H.G. will lead the wedding instead of Carter.

After the wedding, then credits, and back to normal whoa~

Another tip. Try completing all the rival heart events. And see what kind of surprise will come. Its another secret event you'll eventually love
