	Log in to remove this advertisement Okay, the suggestion is for an Auto Deletion of Private Messages, this feature would work like the scheduled for deletion feature used by many moderators, it would be used for specific pm's, you can label PM's that you never want deleted or at least not then as "IMPORTANT" so it blocks the ability of it being deleted, anyways, this would work with a checkbox in the corner and an auto delete button, so you'd fill in the checkbox and click on auto delete, and you could set a range from 1 to 30 days and afterwards the pm would be deleted, this could be useful when your really busy and have a crowded inbox \|Viva La Angel\| Support: PitLine810 AndyDS BLAHBLAHJR This message was edited by Angel_Maniac on Mar 24 2007. -------------------

	There's already a mass delete PM option, and you can customize it to delete PMs by date range or all from a certain member.

	Pruning is mass deleting PMs. It's customizable so you can delete all your PMs or just a select few.

	This would save time if you know what I mean, example, you are in a rush and don't have time to look up the times you were sent certain pm's, with this, all that is required is a username, as for the auto delete suggestion, I suggested that so you wouldn't have to delete pm's you never got to delete, the would instantly be deleted while you had nothing to worry about Edit: Then how about I take mass delete out and just make the suggestion for auto deletion of pm's ? -------------------

	Already an option to delete PMs by username. I mentioned that already. quote and you can customize it to delete PMs by date range or all from a certain member.

	If you ask me, no. Sounds like something being made on accounts of laziness because you can't take 5 seconds to punch in a couple of dates. It's not that hard.

	I've noticed that some auto delete threads don't delete most of the time on the day they're scheduled to delete. It may cause some problems with pm's too and get many people reporting the issue from time and time again. ------------------- My mind is living on Cloud 9, and this 9 is never on vacation.

	In case you're saying I'm lazy, I'm not, but some members are, an example is if you're always out of time and get some pm's that's going to need to be deleted soon, but you don't have time to delete them all, and there's more than 2 pages worth you could just select to auto delete pages 1 - 6 on the 24th or something, it could definitely save time on certain days Quote blue _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I've noticed that some auto delete threads don't delete most of the time on the day they're scheduled to delete. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ The chances of that happening often would be very low -------------------

	I'm not trying to be rude but the suggestion is now ONLY for auto delete and people are talking about not supporting because we already have mass delete, just remember that I'm not talking about mass delete anymore -------------------
