[Request] Africa Forum - Page 11

About as many (if not more) than the USA, Canada, UK, Asia, or Australasia forums?


And the reason this new thread was created was partially because Kevin's request wasn't well rounded, and also that old thread got spammed up. We made the new thread to show that there are members who want to take this request really seriously. Although I'm sure Kevin was serious too, just that nobody ever took that kid seriously because of his spelling and everything.

And also because people say "this suggestion was made by Kevin26!"

Man when I just read that a Hispanic Countries forum was created my heart skipped a beat, haha. I got all hyped thinking "no way... no way...." that an Africa forum was made too and "poof!"... dreams got dashed.


Although now I'm pumped to work even harder for it. All of those "its not hardware which is why neo is here" arguments just got cleaned out. Thanks to the powers that be for making the South America forum though, I think that's pretty cool of all of you.

The Hispanic forum had more support when Redemption did a sweep, which was one of the main reasons that got created and this one hasn't yet.

Redemption browsing this forum looking at various suggestions, I assume.

From what I've gathered and noticed myself, Redemption looks to see if the forum has enough support from people who are likely to attempt to discuss Africa once the forum has actually been made. Secondly is the potential for decent discussion. Thirdly, if it fits in with the sites "direction" like you'll never see a Religion/Porn forum forum. You don't really need to worry about the last one, as the Localised category is already established.

There's no timeframe or quota on the number of people that support the idea, unless Redemption posts saying "I'll make this next week, or "Get 20 more people interested and I'll do it" - which has never happened .
