How to get a Neoseeker Moderator removed?

Well, both Jedah and Azreal Blade are very respected members - I am sure they would not just close or delete a thread that didn't do anything to need it.

However, I understand that it may be annoying - and annoying for the moderators there as well, as they may have to do the same thing again and again.

Jedah has provided the rules, based on the original ones (that link may or may not work, hint hint Redemption ), for the forums. In there he states that off topic posting, flaming or repeat posting will be dealt with appropriatly.

Okay, maybe you never saw the thread which was already created - but if the thread is closed, I am sure that either one of them gave a link to the other one. Just don't worry, moderating is a hard job, and they can't make the right descisions all the time

I'm gonna have to back up w00tlander, even though we are staying on topic almost all the time, it would be better if we had moderators that participated more with the threads.

well, they aren't very active on the forum, click here for the forum stats, and neither is up there. So if w00tlander or someone else wants to be a moderator in that forum, I support them.

I am aware of that, but recently, many threads have popped up that are completely off topic, and need to be locked or deleted.

sadly, I am already quiet aware of the report button. I know a moderator can't be everywhere all the time, but I hardly ever see them(mostly cause they have almost no participation in the forum).

Listen w00tlander, it is true that I have both deleted and closed threads in the GTA3 forum but for very valid reasons. You can not expect me to leave threads about Devil May Cry, MGS2 and "WOOTLANDER IN HERE" on the board when they are so off-topic and irrelevant! Now stop whining when both myself and Jedah are slaving away trying to keep the GTA3 in a respectable state. It is people like you that make the decent moderators of Neoseeker leave and feel they are not doing their job properly!

I'd like current mods to comment on whether I'm doing my job properly, here are the last two threads I closed. This was two weeks ago anyway...

Being a mod does not mean you're perfect. I think AZ's doing his job very well. Also a mod not participating in his/her forum does not mean they're not around. I myself read every and all post made in my forums. This way I can keep track of things and see what's suitable and what's not. I allow a few off topic POSTS here and there so long as they relate a little bit to the game but people must learn to fallow the rules. Of course I give slight warnings first but after a while you people should know why a thread was closed or why a post was deleted. Most people think a mod's job is easy, hell I use to think that, but they are DEAD WRONG.
