[Re-Application Note] For those that applied the week of 09 December 2005 have not recieved a PM informing them of their rejection (only some people received an actual PM due to their negligence to follow the rules) your re-application date can be found here

Please note this only applies to normal applications, those that were treated with special case situations where extended delays to applying were enforced need to stick to that guideline, which will have been sent to you in PM. If you are told to apply in March, you apply in March. Applying earlier means that your application time will be pushed back even further.
I'll use a new post for entries under the new system. Will try to keep this updated monthly. This is all processed promotions. Demotions are not included.
