account [Suggestion] Option to display your FC in your profile

Pokemon and other games that use FCs are getting even more common, and more and more people are giving out their FCs to other members. However, doing it in your signature definitely wastes valuable space and can prevent other items from going into the signature.

This is just like when I suggested to show your YT channel in your profile, but should there be an option to show your Friend Code in your profile?

So something other than the current friend code profile options in the profile area?

If this is in fact a suggestion for another existing feature I'll be closing it shortly, please elaborate if Nintendo has added yet another layer to their FC system.

Might have to do with functionality then.

The Wii evolved to use a global FC system, the 3DS adopted this as well but the DS still uses randomly generated codes per system per game. :/ As a result it's not as simple as just dumping it in there and calling it a day, given different pattern combinations and having to specify per game what code you're talking about it's not just a single input field.

What you would then be asking for is a FC list or index per game to be displayed for each user.

Not so easy and it gets messy fast because it's not just a single input field and it requires bringing up a list of currently supported games so people don't spend all day trying to figure out what game the FC would apply to.

Avalith - Sounds like a much more reasonable solution to things instead of starting the system from scratch to cater to this all over again. Unfortunately with the DS they didn't standardize the system so this is just an unfortunate result of it.
