[Suggestion] Forum Specific Thread Search

How about forum index?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by thread seeker, but you can use the forum search function, or use Ctrl + F and search for a keyword in that page or otherwise use an index which is in most forums.

I'm pretty sure both the search function and the index cover those problems

I think its hard to explain. But What I want is that you can easily find a thread when you type in the name or a character so you get all threads with the 'A' as instance.

But I guess its alread possible?

I guess that wouldn't really help then.

Now I get what he's saying, and it does make sense. Right now we have a few buttons on forum pages like threads created by you or you subscribe to. To the right of those put a text box in which enables you to type a word in, and by clicking on it to search, it'll bring up every thread within that forum which contains that specific word in the thread's title. That's actually a cool idea. And if that's not what he meant... then I just created a good idea

I'm in support of a search function that's forum specific. Would be severely helpful, and much more consistent with the way we can search topics made by specific members.
As a way of cross referencing, it just makes more sense to be able to do one or another, rather than being restricted to only a member-specific search.
