[Suggestion] "Assistant Moderator" Position

The main reason for this suggestion is often a forum can have a moderator but can't get on often enough to properly maintain a forum and it starts to look cluttered.

If a moderator can't get on often enough to properly maintain a forum, he/she has two choices:

• Request to be demoted
• Ask for a co-moderator to help out

Besides, it's rather pointless to give someone just a few features found in the moderator toolset and not give them everything that comes with the job of being a moderator. If we give people the power to close threads, why not give them everything else moderators can do while we're at it?
