How do you get to the yellow x on this level?

All you do is destroy the rocket. Go to the right and find a little bridge. There should be a laser cannon there. Just fire at the rocket two or three times. If you don't know where the bridge is try just driving around the rocket because the other drivers are sometimes reckless and will blow the rocket up for you. If even that doesn't work just try to keep hitting the rocket.
