Im finding this game really hard can some one give me tips

I know, this is the hardest game ever. I have beaten previous games such as Tetris, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and all of those other near impossible games to beat. But this one simply takes the cake, I'd say it's 99.9948498547239% impossible. Especially when you get to the part where you have to give Oscar the Grouch the special banana. That part made me cry because he always said, "No, that's not the right banana." And the hardest part is when you have to click on the same letter that the Ernie clicks on, it's so hard. And when you have to give Bert the power of love token, it's so hard because there's this rat the keeps following you and pinches your ass every time you look behind you. I cried at that part because it was so scary!
