You'll be able to get the King Ant when you finish the part with the twitching doctor. You have to go through the door in the back. When you come back out you'll see him eating the guy in the table in the middle cubicle. He's pretty fast so take him down as soon as you're able to.

Once he's down, pick up the eye from his body and use it in the "statue" in the corner office. A secret passage will open. Once you go through it all the way down to what seems to be a torture chamber, solve the puzzle in that room and pick up the Piano Scroll.

Take the Piano Scroll back to the Mansion and use it on the Piano. The room is the one to the left of the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. After you do that, one of the slot machines should open and reveal the King Ant object.

I didn't take the music disc from the red music box how do I get the blue one open I already placed the blue ant but need the music disc..... it's closed and the bed is down in the red box room....... please help

If you placed the blue ant then the music box should open. There might not be a disk in it, though. I'm pretty sure you take the music disk from the red box and put it in the blue music box to advance.

The red ant is back in the Residence, behind a set of double doors locked with a gold key. You'll then have to solve a portrait puzzle in the room.

You get the red ant after solving the portrait room puzzle in the mansion. Getting the blue ant is more complicated. You need to take one of the two blue shields back to the starting prison area and use it there.

This game has a lot of backtracking. There are also a number gotcha moments. Always keep extra healing and powerful ammunition on hand. Protip: Put the empty fire extinguisher in the item box.

More than one player has had to quit and start over after getting stuck. At least two players have had to restart after reaching the final boss. So keep extra deep saves on hand, too.
