I only know one.. Rebeccas death. (Because I play Jills scenario most of the time) Seriously, ive never died and I don't let my mates die.

Details:
Chris runs into room and stares at the hunter, then Rebecca. (He doesnt do anything >=O)
The hunter slowly stalks Rebecca while she stares at it in horror. (Rebecca is trapped in a corner.) When it's about 3 meters away it leaps and slashes Rebecca in the face, killing her instantly. The hunter then looks back at Chris. (I think Chris shoots it in the head or something and it dies / runs away.) Chris then walks up to rebeccas body and examines it. (You can slightly see gash marks on her cheek. (Shes on her knees with her head on the floor.)
Shes dead.
