Help with "bomb da base act II" and "turismo"

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I got my GTA3 2 weeks ago and get to know about neoseeker.com and cheats like last week. There are 2 parts to my questions:
Part I:
I am in Portland and already passed all the missions of Luigi, Joey, Toni without the cheats. I have also done all the phone missions of Marty. With Salvatore I am stuck with "Bomb Da Base Act-II" mission. I try to use the cheats with full armor to kill all the men at the ship but the stupid 8 ball is in more hurry than me and he just comes in front of the line of fire all the time. I try to use the adrealine pill to slow down the game, also tried to shoot them with the top of the warehouse with the rifle but all men appear like ants and I normally miss them. What I am trying now is using bottle bomb to kill most of them men but the problem with that is it kill 8 bomb and myself with the fire. Is there any way to finish this mission. Also can you guide me how can I open other Islands, I mean how many more mission are left at portland(I already passed 23 missions) but I am dying to see other Islands.

Part II:
Can some body please guide me little to Turisimo mission. Those damn cars are too fast??

Bomb da base just takes a bit of practice to get used to firing the sniper rifle quickly and acurately. Just find a good location (Up the stairs) and shoot all the cartel from left to right. Use the zoom try for body shots.

VERY EASY!!!!! During Bomb The Base Act II. Put in all weapons cheat: R2,R2,L1,R2, Left, down, right up, left, down, right,up. Get the bazooka and and go on top of the warehouse by the boat. Their are some steps. Then with the bazooka kill the two guards in front of the boat. Then just spray bazooka shells all over the boat. Make sure 8-ball does not get on the boat when you are shooting or he will gte killed. WALAA You have done it.
For the Turismo mission put in the tank code and take a tank to the first left turn of the race. Put the tank their and keep repeating this intill the turn is blocked off. Then put in the tank codes once again so to the starting point. Then when it starts just run over the the cars since they will be blocked off from the turn. Then finish the race.
NeoPM me if you want to know how to get a bullet proof car out the Turismo mission. Since your new to this forum, when you want to NeoPM somebody just click on the white paper under the persons name when you see it in a thread. A thread is a subject that you look at or make. Like you just made a thread when asking that question. Ok I wen't a little to far. Cya

Gazlu, I NeoPMed you. I hope you know how to check your NeoPM Since your new to NeoSeeker. Well if you don't, once you log in on the top of the page thier will be a think called my.neofurm. If their is a flashing paper that means you have a NeoPM.

easyest way to ebat turismo right off the bat with no fancy tricks or cheating shit is with the taxi......if your good at the game at all then it should be easy, ive beaten it 5 times and all with the taxi on the first try.

Thanks all, I love this group. I did passed both the mission easily yesterday. at Bomb Base I use the BAZOKA and just sprayed it on the boat before 8ball come in.
