What exactly are you having trouble with in the mission? You have to throw a grenade into the opened window. When the car comes out, chase it down and kill the sneak that falls out of the vehicle.

The best way I found to do this mission is take the blista opposite the apartment and park it where the car comes out to block him then then throw the grenade in the window and when he comes out of the garage he won't be able to get out completely. So blow him away.

I put a car infront of the door, backed way up, and blasted a rocket in the window(which is easiest way to do it). He comes out and you blast the car with a rocket, killing him and completing the mission.

I park my car far behind me, take out a bazooka, fire into the window, then blast the car as it exits the garage, without risking my own car catching fire

Mostof those assume you have a Rocket Launcher... If not take the Barracks Ol from the Armt Depot and park it in front font of the garage where he comes out. Take the Blista, or another car, and park it in the alley between the appartment and the Pay 'n' Spray. Now throe a grande into the window, aim carefully cuz you might miss and blow the Ol up prematurly. When the doop opens throw another grande into the garage and blow him up. Becareful cuz there might still be guys that can shoot you.

Just go and get the Barracks OL, and park it in front of the garage where the car comes out, then throw your Grenade in the window, then one at the Barracks OL. Then his car, along with the Barracks OL, will explode killing him. Mission Complete.

Yep. Block the garage door with a car is the best way, or just block off the alley that he tries to escape from. Then just heave your grenades into the window, or if you are a DIRTY CHEATER, use the rocket launcher acquired from the all weapons cheat.

You dont get access to the Rocket Launcher until after the "Arms Shortage" mission, which is given by Ray also. Either way, the main thing that makes it easier is blocking off the garage door or the alley so that he cant immediately get out on the road and escape, leaving you plenty of time to dust him.
