	You have to beat it with 100% completion, (go back, and do all the missions, get all the parts,) and 98% or better success rate. (Steal the radar you're supposed to be guarding in the WHARF WAREHOUSE.) Just finishing the game with MM, or Chrome isn't enough.

	I can verify that. Heh, Seraph 2 has a 100 % success rate, and the cheat does work!
