I keep hearing the narrator say "With his bodyguard able to absorb magic, the bard should have been able to bypass the finfolks barrier quite easily." I have searched all the mine and talked to the viking to get the lightning stone and the spell and can't figure out how to get past. Please help!

have you not got the bodyguard then? you surely must have. if you haven't then there's no way of getting through the barrier. looks like you'll have to start back at the beginning! if you have got the bodyguard then press the r trigger button and get him out.

what categorie is the bodygaurd in?
and if i dont have him where can i get him?
(i dont know what he looks like!)

You talked to Olav, right? He told you to go off and look for this Firbolg and bring back proof that you killed him. The Firbolg is off hiding in some corner of the cave, and can be a little hard to see. You can kill him, or you can take him to your raft-- either way, you get his armband, which you should take back to Olav as proof of his death. When you do that, he'll give you an Upgraded Bodyguard song-- so you don't have to have the Bodyguard already.
