	I had wrapped up my PS2 in the packaging material and inside the PS2 carrying case, Because there were constructions at our place. After about a month or two , Yesterday I picked it up and again started gaming on it but sadly the games now take a bit too long time loading and also stuck a lot during playing cutscenes. My hinch is that the lens has been a bit dirty. I would had taken it to a technition but I am afraid the might Place up a huge repair bill and might lower the Resale cost of my machine. Any tips on this.

	dude definitely get it repaired there's not much else you can do try cleaning it but if you still have the problem, pay the repair fee!! -------------------

	Clean the laser lens. If it's a slim PS2 you can do it yourself with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol. If it's a fat PS2 buy a CD/DVD cleaning disk from a music or electronics store.

	i forgot to mention what jovehack said as well!! there should be some tools you can buy tools for cleaning i mean. so if you wanna try your luck with cleaning, then use proper stuff!! -------------------
