my ps2 says data is corrupt, but...

my ps2 says data is corrupt, but the data on my card is fine. the game disk is fine.
if it helps the game I'm talking about is .hack//G.U. vol.2. my data for the game is fine, but my ps2 is telling me that it is corrupt and to delete. the little black box that indicates corrupt data isn't there. should I copy the data to another memory card and try booting the saved data from the other mem card?

The same thing constantly happens to me on my SCII and SCIII games. It says that the memory in memory card slot 1 is corrupt and has been deleted, but everything is just fine when I check back on my memory card's data. However, all my data in both those games have mysteriously disappeared anyway and won't let me even create a new save file in place of what was lost.

All I can say is, "weird".

Mk444 I already checked my card using that method. I'm going to try copying it to my other memory card tomorrow to see if it works. if it does you should try the same method DXD.

I don't have anything else to lose(from what I know), so why not?

Just make sure that it actually allows you to continue saving from there.

I had to delete the data. even though it wasn't corrupt. but at least I started my game again and am 3% through it.
