	It all depends on what you haven't done yet. Not exactly sure what items you have or what you've already done on day 3 but if you talked to the drugstore owner about the crocodile mask for sale, then Bruno should appear. Also, it might help to just wait around in the bookstore. Eventually he'll come. Sometimes he comes before but you don't have the option of giving him the painting just yet. So I think it's a combo of waiting and talking to Willie.

	This solution worked for me thank you. Also I had to use the -look at- command on the painting to push the sequence where Bruno walks in.
