	Log in to remove this advertisement I think the forum looks fine actually. Don't think there are any changes that are required except maybe someone could make an introduction to working out thread or something.. over the last week there's been a couple guys who have no clue about working more than biceps, what rest times/reps/sets, etc.. are.

	Yeah of course, just putting in my opinion on the matter. And btw, don't think I mean there's anything wrong with not knowing about working out, it's why we have a forum and it's good to ask questions... it's just I find I'm telling the same things to people. It's kind of why Tumbles created his diet and exercise thread - we can easily just link to it.

	Yeah, I didn't misunderstand you or you didn't come in offending me or anything. I understand exactly how you feel like. I remember it was a bit troublesome posting the same long answer post over and over, been there. (in a forum where I helped out for 5 years) Plus, I love asking questions. 	Hey Esoteric, I got your NeoPM, I promise I'll give you an answer. I got caught in the middle of a few reports and totally forgot about responding to your personal message afterwards. Just letting you know I didn't forget, and now I have to head out. Sure, I'd be fine with changing the layout a bit. I can leave the current one as default and simply create a few others, and give a Neoseeker default option. I can also make the Neoseeker option the default one and turn the current style into "Health Classic". Depends on whatever you guys want to do! -------------------

	It would be awesome if you decided to give that a go, GTA Legend! Sure, I'll get to work on one or two skins but a default one will definitely be included for folks who just want to surf the forum using the normal Neoseeker layout. -------------------

	I think I'll start this week. So guys, it would be helpful if you guys made some requests or suggestions that you want to see in the Intro to working out. Anything that you would like to know just say and I'll include it.

	Just explain what sets/reps are. Talk about rest times, how long workouts should be, how often to workout. Differences between strength and mass gains. Talk about training the whole body, good exercises (generally free weights)... stuff like that. Glad you volunteered to do that then GTA, was afraid I might have to.
