	Actually the idea for a generic weight gain and weight loss guide would be very good, and if it would actually get stickied I can poke around and put one together. It wouldn't take very long to get good information together by copy pasting stuff from elsewhere. ------------------- signature disabled

	I think a footer contest is a good idea for this forum, since it doesn't have one. Contests like these can really help forums become more active. I'd gladly host it. Lauren. -------------------
