I reckon you should unsticky the food pyramid thread to make the forum look a little more tidy since the thread is already linked to in the header.

Also, I reckon making a General Health Discussion thread would be a good idea. It can be used for the trivial health related questions that aren't worth creating a new thread about.

In less traversed forums, a GD...even an on-topic GD...can lay waste to the forum's popularity as a whole.

Given the almost expected, personal set of circumstances revolving around each individual member's questions here, I can only see mass confusion coming from an on-topic GD. That, and those said "personal circumstances" are grounds for a new thread, IMO.

An example that I stated in the Index, if there was an abundance of threads about "the common cold", a general cold thread might be made since all of the circumstances around that particular virus are pretty much identical, regardless of the differences in the host bodies that it imposes on...aside from compounded issues.

Maybe you should try getting some sleep, then - and you won't have as many complaints .

I support the idea of making some personal food / excercise diaries. Just seeing the cycling in Mish's post piqued my interest, as I've always been a fan of it, and regularly cycle, buit I've started trying to get into Downhill, so I'm trying to get a bit of information together which I could put into a useful thread. However, instead of people just making diary threads, and then them falling through after 2 pages of discussion, maybe they could be requested here, and you could judge whether or not to include them; on a basis of how commited they are to the forum, etc.

Meh, just had a couple of ideas thrashing around in my head. By the way, a grand job with the index, and modding so far, A1.

Perhaps the Abs and Flabs Album should be brought up for a month or two for some summer fun? =D I know it was a little out of hand the last time, but it was a good bit of fun, who knows, maybe more abs, and some major flabs, will be posted.

haha, i think after my first year of uni i am definately under the flabs category.

i havent got a digital camera and my phone isn't compatible for my PC lol, so until im back at uni i doubt any new pics will be taken of me. basically i am a bit muscly but not very defined.
