Why am i always lethargic?

I sleep 7-8 hours a day.
The thing I eat is majority clean.
I don't take caffeine (0 calorie soda/ tea here and there, though)
I take multi and fish oil (though i skipped them every now and then)
3 days of weight lifting. And sometimes soccer 2-3 days a week.


In theory, I shouldn't be having problem. But I'm always lethargic, and I've been having troubles with my concentration lately (eg, can't pay attention to movies on netflix, would end up multitasking). Any idea?

i was on zoloft for a short period of time, but I haven't been in on it in the past year.

What are the things that you are not eating clean? This can depend on how much of it you are eating or what exactly you are eating. They say eat good 6 days and have one day to eat a little bit of junk, but nothing crazy.

Dark room, no noise/ electronic. I think I've been sleeping well, it's not like I'm woken up at random hours.

But I'm not sure about feeling refreshed tbh, would find it hard to get up, maybe because it's getting cold. But I'd set my alarm clock at 8am, but I won't be actually leaving my bed 'till 9ish. I just felt so tired, and I could do with some more sleep lol.

I don't think my life has changed significantly. More activities, maybe, but I've always thought I have enough time to recover. There's no major change in stress and diet, I don't think so.

What do you usually eat?

I've actually found this to be true also.... but why?

The only reasonable explanation I can think of is maybe those hours are more restful as when you go to bed at such an early hour you know you've got plenty of time to rest and you're not stressed about it.
