As long as you're getting enough protein, carbs and fats to sustain bodily functions, mood, energy etc, and enough micronutrients from the rest of your diet, while still eating enough of a deficit to lose weight (which you clearly are), then it's fine.

Aside from the McDonald's, I've been trying to eat healthier though. I want to be around for my children tbh.

I really don't think McDonald's is all that "fattening" moreso than other fattening fried foods that you would buy at a state fair or something... the problem really lies in how many chemicals and small traces of known carcinogens are in their food.

Doesn't mean I won't eat there, Mickey D's is bomb. I LURV IT!

True, but athletic people have higher sodium needs, and if the rest of your diet is mainly whole foods like meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes, dairy and some starches, it wouldn't be a huge problem, especially if you have a decent potassium and water intake. So unless the person is sodium sensitive (sodium makes their BP go up) then it wouldn't be a problem.
